RELATIONAL REPATTERNING™ COUPLES THERAPY
Ongoing, 75-minute sessions designed to help you and your partner understand and transform the patterns shaping your relationship.
You love each other, yet still continue to have the same fight, over and over again.
- Perhaps one of you pursues while the other withdraws.
- Perhaps conversations quickly escalate into conflict.
- Perhaps resentment has begun to replace connection.
- Perhaps you’re struggling to rebuild trust after a rupture.
- Or perhaps you’ve simply grown tired of feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or alone in your relationship.
The truth is that most relationship struggles are not caused by a lack of love, but rather, by patterns – patterns developed long before you met each other. These patterns were created by strategies that once helped each of you navigate life, relationships, and emotional pain.
The challenge arises when your patterns meet your partner’s patterns – creating a relationship dynamic that can begin to feel overwhelming, repetitive, and difficult to change.
Investment – $350 | per session
This option is best for those who wish to transform their underlying relationship dynamic
Understanding the Dynamic Beneath the Conflict
Influenced by the work of Terry Real and Relational Life Therapy, Relational Repatterning™ Couples Therapy focuses on helping couples to understand the deeper dynamics driving their distress.
Rather than focusing on surface-level issues, the work involves helping couples to understand relational patterns, emotional reactions, and protective strategies that fuel conflict and disconnection.
Together, we’ll identify the cycle you’re trapped in, understand why it developed, and begin creating new ways of relating that support greater connection, intimacy, trust, and satisfaction.
The Couples Therapy Journey
Couples therapy follows the four phases of the Relational Repatterning™ Method:
Reveal : Deepen your shared understanding of the ways in which your respective relational patterns have been interacting with each other to form your current relationship dynamic.
Rewire : Process experiences, beliefs and expectations that have shaped and reinforced your respective patterns that are showing up in your relationship.
Relate : Practice new strategies and gain relational skills to break unhelpful relationship patterns and create more satisfying relationship dynamics.
Reinforce : Strengthen relational skills to support sustained growth and relationship satisfaction.
This Approach May Be Right for You If:
